In a groundbreaking move, Krept & Konan announced the launch of Saveways, the UK’s first large-scale supermarket designed specifically to cater to Black, Asian, and ethnic communities. Set to open on February 1, 2025, at 102 Beddington Lane, Croydon, the 15,000-square-foot store is a collaboration with entrepreneur Kaysor Ali, founder of the Steakout and Smacks Hamburgers franchises. Saveways aims to provide a unique shopping experience, offering products tailored to diverse cultural and dietary preferences, including a fresh halal meat counter, exotic fish selection, bakery section, and global produce. The venture is expected to create over 30 jobs and offers modern services like click-and-collect and home delivery through platforms such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat.

The establishment offered a variety of desserts and savory dishes, attracting significant attention upon its opening. Notably, the restaurant employed young offenders, providing them with opportunities for rehabilitation and skill development. As of 2024, Crepes & Cones has permanently closed, but it remains a testament to the duos entrepreneurial spirit and community focus.
